Comments:  At the time we acquired this coin it would have tied the highest graded VAM 5 ever certified by PCGS.  The marks are minimal and it retains excellent reflectivity.  The usual overpolished curl at the base of the neck is present, together with the usual VAM 5 markers.

 

Not obvious is an unusual overpolishing feature.  The shadow line keeps one from seeing that the bottom of the jaw has started to disappear from overpolishing.  This coin is the most extreme example of that feature that we have seen.
