Comments:  We rate this coin higher than an MS62 and probably would have given it an MS63.  The only real distracting mark is on the eyebrow, and we have seen worse at higher grades.  The bag marks are minimal on both sides and there is a good bit of reflectivity remaining in the fields.

 

The O Set Left identifier is easily recognized, and the date doubling is also clearly seen.  In all a very nice coin that may be a little under graded in our opinion.
