Comments:  If the reverse of this coin could dominate it would rate much higher, but all the light marks on the obverse add up to a coin that is no more than an MS 62.

 

VAM 15 is a little difficult to recognize because the doubling of the last 1 is similar to the doubling on several other VAMs.  It is the elimination of the other features that narrows this coin to a VAM 15.
