Comments:  We would not have been surprised if this coin rated an MS 61 instead of an MS 62.  From a bag mark perspective the grade seems right, but the discolor on both sides really hearts the eye appeal.

 

The reverse is cleaner than the obverse and the "one and done" marker of the clash around the eagle's head is visible in even lower resolution images
