Comments:  We thought this coin might grade as proof like, but apparently there was not enough reflectivity in the fields for the graders to go there.  However, the devices are frosty and in contrast to the fields.  The coin does have some nice cartwheel effects.

 

The grade seems to be solid to a little low.  There are so few bag marks on the face that we probably would have given it a plus grade.

 

There is a little bit of color at the rims but not enough to be considered as toned.
