Comments:  We had a little debate about this coin and the toned coin section.  Ultimately we decided not to include it because the obverse has only one early cycle color and the reverse is primarily moisture damaged.

 

This is a well struck, but unattractive coin in our book.  It has the bag marks to earn the MS 63 grade but no more.
