Comments:  Technically this is a toned coin but we have gone around and around about whether or not to include it in the Toned Coin section.  The obverse technically has some surface color, but it is monochromatic in nature and offers nothing in the way of learning.  When viewed close up the nature of the toning appears to be moisture damage, which can cause toning.

 

The VAM 5 markers are easily read, but this is not a favorite coin even for a VAM 5.
