Comments:  The grade on this coin might be a little generous and we would have placed it one grade lower.  It has a lot of surface wear and dings to lose a lot of eye appeal.

 

Then acquired this was the only VAM 19 we had located below Mint State, so most of these stayed in the Mint until the mass distribution.
