Comments:  We think the graders are spot on with this coin.  It is mint state and has enough bag marks for the grade.  The coin also lacks luster and the obverse is more discolored than toned.  The reverse is better, but will not carry it to a higher grade.

 

VAM 26A has a lot of markers, but the clash above and below the eagle's neck is unique to this VAM.
