Comments:  This is a solid Mint State 63 coin but with just a little discoloration on the obverse.  It is not enough to be considered toning, so it detracts from the coin not enhances it.  There are scuff marks on the obverse, but none are deep.  The reverse actually adds a little to the grade and we would certainly put this one as above average.

 

VAM 19 is easily recognized by the date and profile doubling.
