Comments:  We would probably have downgraded this coin a little because of obverse bag marks.  But this is a favorite in the series and perhaps the graders gave the coin a bump.

 

There are various degrees of damage to the eye and this one is further along than many in our collection.  This is "the" VAM in the 1881-O series, but has not proven to be too difficult to locate in a wide range of grades.
