Comments:  This is a difficult coin to grade because of the overall appearance.  The abrasions probably put this coin on the lower end of the MS 64 category.  But the coin has no real eye appeal and has a dull surface appearance.

 

There is a slight discoloration to the reverse, but no real toning that would catch your eye.  In all a nice coin, but not a great coin.
