Comments:  With the slight discoloration on the surfaces we can see why PCGS rated this coin as an MS 63.  But the underlying coin we think might be much stronger.  The strike looks to be full and there are minimal bag marks.  There are no significant bag marks on either side.  For sure it is on the upper end of an MS 63.
