Comments:  The grade looks appropriate for the wear and this always makes VAM difficult to identify.  The date is sufficiently worn to preclude any doubling and the 8s are dirt filled which blocks checking for the spiked 8.

 

This coin has a few little dings on the reverse that might have precluded its being graded, but it passed.  The mint mark is also dirt filled and there is no way to check the interior of the mint mark for unusual characteristics.
