Comments:  It seems obvious when you hold this coin that it was once a coin with highly reflective fields.  If PCGS were awarding plus grade designations at this grade we believe this would rise to that level.

 

There is a slight bit of discoloration on both sides, but not enough to detract from the overall eye appeal.
