Comments:  This is a coin that is almost a lot of things, but not of enough of anything to change the grade.  It has some nice reflectivity in the fields, but not enough to be a proof-like coin.  It is well struck, but the overall surface has a scuffed look which dulls the detail.  And it also lacks any major dings on the surface, but has a multitude of little ones.

 

A nice coin that would have had a better grade in a different life, or bag.
