Comments:  This is one of many VAM 53 coins we have acquired and it shows a lot of late die state features.  The die cracks are extensive and the field over the eagle toward the rim is beveled from repolishing or die failure.

 

We would rate this coin on the upper end of the MS 62 scale, but not more.
