Comments:  Although there are several darker scuffs on the chin in this photographs, when the coin is viewed directly those are not a distraction.  We feel like the graders got a little overzealous on this one.  The reflectivity and cartwheels are attractive but we are not sure they overcome the scuffs.

 

However, the reverse is better and perhaps on average this deserves the plus grade.
