Comments:  Like so many of the lower end Mint State coins it is interesting to speculate about their history since we know they never left the Mint for circulation.  This one has a lot of bag marks and if it were not for the fields might be classified lower.  It had a hard life before being released to the public.

 

The doubling of the first 8 is easily seen, and the mint mark doubling is also clear.  This coin is lightly clashed, but not enough for letter transfer.
