VAM: This coin is too worn for identification

VSS Number: None Issued

 

Comments:    We believe the grade on this coin is correct given the wear pattern but also think this is a borderline Good 06 coin.  The rims are pretty solid and complete except for a small area at 3 to 6 o'clock on the obverse.

 

We also think there is a little graffiti on the reverse that seems to have been acceptable at the grade to PCGS.
