Comments:    The grade for this coin is probably right and not one we would argue with based on wear.  While the rims are in good shape, there is clear wear on the obverse from 2 to 4 o'clock that breaks them.  On the reverse there is an uneven wear pattern with a heavily worn area above the motto.  Below the "A" in STATES there is a strange area of damage almost like something repeatedly hammered at that spot.
