Comments:  This coin has some color, but not enough for us to include it in the toned coin section of the web site.  It looks like in an earlier life it might have had some dark blue, but it can also be terminal black toning over some lighter blue.

 

The detail on the coin seems to be appropriate to the grade with nice detail beginning to show in the devices.  The die gouges on the right inner wing are deep, so they are still easily identified at this grade.
