Comments:  The O/O mint mark on the VAM 25 is distinctive and once identified it pinpoints the VAM.  The reverse over-polishing is reminiscent of several other VAMs and in time we may prove a link.

 

This coin looks to us to be on the upper end of the MS61 range and maybe even a plus grade coin.  There are few strong bag marks on either side, but lots of minor nicks.  The fields also retain a lot of mint reflectivity and a nice golden glow has developed on the surface.
