Comments:  This coin looks right for the grade with sufficient bag marks to detract from the overall eye appeal.  The reflectivity in the fields also looks right for this grade and verifies that it is a mint state coin.  There is some tarnish or terminal color at about 12 o'clock indicating some strong or prolonged exposure in that one spot.

 

We see the derivative VAMs (37A and 37B) more frequently than we see just the VAM 37.  It is essentially the unclashed version of VAM 37A, and the earlier die state of VAM 37B.
