Comments:  To rate this coin an MS63 we think you need to back off and consider the coin as a whole.  It has a lot of small nicks and dings on the cheek and neck and we would not have rated it as high.

 

But the fields are free of major bag marks and the reflectivity is more than most.

 

A VAM 15 has the lone feature of a doubled second 1.  The doubling is distinctive in that it is at the top of the flag and outlines the curve completely.  We see VAM 15 frequently and it is not rare.
