Comments:  This coin is an MS 64, but with more abrasions than we like at this grade.  To our eye it would be toward the lower end of the MS 64 grouping.  But strangely, as we compare it to others it has nicer reflectivity and features than others that have been graded as MS 64+.

 

A nice coin but in our opinion not a gem.
