Comments:  This is a coin that was apparently submitted by a collector or dealer as a part of a roll or complete batch of coins.  We have acquired a number in certificate sequence and they have all graded well.  In fact the next certificate number up grades as an MS 63+, so it was probably in a nice roll or bag of well struck coins.

 

Except for just a little discoloration around the date and some minor discoloration on the cheek, this is a great coin.  The fields are in nice shape with only minor abrasions.  Like all the coins in this small group. the reverse is even nicer and well struck.

 

VAM 35 is not difficult to spot and can often be recognized by a significant die crack that runs through the date.
