Comments:  This is a coin that with a little more this or that it would rank very differently.  The discoloration around the rim detracts from the eye appeal rather than adds to it.  The cheek and fields are largely free from major marks, but there is little eye appeal.  A nice coin but probably toward the middle of the grade and nothing more.

 

VAM 10 is relatively easy to recognize because of the strong date doubling and tripling.
