Comments:  The detail on this coin is right for the grade but the heavy dirt further detracts from any style points.  The scratches on the eye have some resemblance to a VAM 1D, but they are incorrectly configured to be a 1D - Flaky Eye.

 

This coin was part of a discovery in 2021 along with coin 28286431.
