Comments:  This coin did not get its grade on eye appeal because the little bit of color needs a microscope to examine and it shows up more as discolor than color.  The wear, while probably bag wear, is unattractive and we probably have some AU 58 coins we like better and would swap grade.

 

VAM 35 has some nice but difficult features to sort out.  The mint mark offset is not far, but the date doubling  can be read.
