VAM:  62 - Doubled Date, Ear Bottom, and Upper Reverse

Comments:  There is a little discolor to this coin that does not reach the level we think of as toning.  Coupled with the nicks and scratches the coin probably sits about in the middle of the grade.  The reverse might be a little better, but not enough to lift the grade.

 

VAM 62 is one of our discovery VAMs, but is proving to be only moderately difficult to find.  This example was our eleventh example, but all are found in mint state so we would assume most if not all stayed in the Mint.
