Comments:  VAM 13 seems to be available in a wide range of grades, so some left the Mint and others were held back.  Even though circulated, this coin would make a nice addition to any collection where VAMing rather than grade is the objective.  It is dirty and oxidized, but all the necessary markers are readable.
