Comments:  This is an upper grade AU 55 and still retains some reflectivity in the fields.  But it is definitely a circulated coin.  We have a large number of VAM 22 coins, but when acquired this was the only one that was not mint state.  So most of these were retained at the Mint and never placed into public hands for circulation.
