Comments:  We rate the reverse of this coin as better than the obverse, but both show clear signs of wear.  Both sides retain some mint luster, but we still place this one in the middle of the grade.

 

VAM 13 is not rare, but it is also not one of the easiest to get.  Our examples are just about evenly split between circulated and uncirculated examples.
