Comments:  This coin isn't far from a PL example and retains a lot of reflectivity in the fields.  But it has been dulled, probably by moisture.  This is what one would expect with a lower grade mint state coin.

 

Most of our VAM 19 coins have a similar look where they are nicely basined and just short of prooflike.
