Comments:  This coin probably falls to the lower end of the grade because of the lack of luster and the toning seems to be monochromatic and of little interest.  The tan color indicates that this is very early color with little to no spectrum.  There is a little more color on the reverse but it is obscured by the russet coloring.

 

The bag marks seem appropriate to the grade, and they are not excessive.  VAM 53 is our most common and easily spotted.  It is the short diagonal die crack above the mint mark that makes it so easily recognizable, not the listed VAM features.
