Comments:  We would rate this coin toward the low end of the MS63 grade because of the numerous small abrasions on the face.  Many scratches exist in the fields, so they offer no help with the grade.  The reverse is much better than the obverse and might help hold the grade, but nothing more.

 

VAM 15 is relatively easy to spot.  The issue is being sure that there are no other features than the doubled last 1.
