Comments:  This is one of our higher rated and most attractive VAM 1D coins.  When acquired in December 2017 we had only one higher rated example.

 

With the VAM 1D, eye socket deterioration and grade are not necessarily correlated and there is more deterioration on this coin than many other examples.  Also, the unusual disturbance at the neck is very visible on this coin.
