Comments:  Holding the coin and taking away the DMPL designation this is obviously an MS63 coin.  There are sufficient bag marks in the fields and on Liberty's cheek to earn the grade.  The reverse is much cleaner, but not by enough to change the grade.

 

Like most DMPL coins the reflectivity gives the coin a lot of eye appeal.
