Comments:  Although the obverse field is not overly reflective, this is a mint state coin.  The date doubling is clear and the dot in the mint mark is also clearly visible.  The reverse field is more reflective and indicative of a mint state coin.  The coin is clearly lower than a Mint State 63 because of bag marks on the obverse.
