Comments:  If we want to argue about grade on a coin, then this might be the one.  The reflectivity in the fields to our eye makes this a DMPL and not a PL coin.  While the marks on the cheek and fields probably place this as a Mint State 63, it is the reflectivity that would be in dispute.
