Comments:  No one other than a lowball collector would ever lobby for a lower grade on a coin, but this one might have slipped through.  To us this coin has a few more bag marks in the field than we like to see for a solid Mint State 64, especially when it carries a DMPL designation.

 

That said, the cheek and higher points are virtually clear and this probably accounts for the grade.
