Comments:  This is clearly a Mint State 64 coin with the device clear of any significant bag marks.  The field is also relatively clear and has enough reflectivity to warrant the grade and designation.

 

The profile is also clearly doubled, but more so up to the forehead and then picks up again at the back of the cap.

 

The reverse is also a nice DMPL quality coin.
