Comments:  This is obviously one of our higher rated coins and deserves a lot of praise.  The obverse fields do have some scarring, but the abrasions are superficial.  The face is almost completely clear of any marks.

 

The reverse is almost perfect and pulls the rating up into the MS65 range.  A great coin if not a great VAM.  The VAM 28.3 is one of the common ones in the upper range coins.
