Comments:  We believe this coin is either a plus grade or a DMPL.  The reflectivity in the fields is still excellent and shows in the photographs well.

 

There is some toning around the rim but not enough for us to include it in our toned coins group.

 

The coin lacks the die gouge behind the eye to be a die 1.
