VAM:  32 - Doubled 18-1, O Set Left

Comments:  The date doubling on a VAM 32 is distinctive enough that identification is not difficult.  The mint mark offset to the left is also pretty easy to spot.

 

This coin is definitely a tale of two sides.  The obverse is bag marked enough to earn the grade, although we think it might be a little better than MS 61.  The reverse is much nicer and pretty much free of marks that would detract from the coin.  We for sure would have given this one a + grade and maybe an MS 62.
