32 - Doubled 18-1, O Set Left
Identified in 2001 by Marc Serafine
Obverse Hub III2 Die 21
The 18-1 in the date is doubled. The first 1 is doubled at the top right of the lower crossbar, and slightly on the right side of the vertical bar. The first 8 is slightly doubled at the top left inside of upper loop, and on the surface on right outside of the upper loop and lower right outside of lower loop. The right 1 has a broken doubling diagonally across bottom left side of the vertical shaft to the center of base, possibly due to defective date digit punch as in VAM-3(revised).
