Comments:  We fought hard for this coin and it took almost three years to get it in a clean slab at PCGS.  It went from PCGS to ANACS, to NGC, to PCGS, to ANACS for restoration, and then back to PCGS for grading.  The source of argument is whether or not end roll toning is natural or environmental damage?  ANACS and NGC found that it was natural, but it took three tries before PCGS agreed.  Sometimes you just have to fight for the ugly ducklings.
