Comments:  This coin is a good illustration of the difference in an MS 63 and higher grades.  This is a very nice coin and the fields retain a lot of reflectivity.  But there is a lack of eye appeal and the overall appearance is a little duller than higher grades.  We might argue that we have some coins with higher grades that look no better, but we think this one is about right.
