Comments:  This is a solid MS63 and a good example of the VAM 9.  On the VAM 9 the "Dot In O" feature is easily recognized and then you just need to separate it from the VAM 46.  This coin lacks the diagonal line below the mint mark, so it is the VAM 9.

 

The coin really has few distractions and we would rate the reverse as even cleaner than the obverse.
